Ir. Rafil Elyas is the owner and Principal Consultant of specialty consulting company East One-Zero-One Sdn Bhd (East101).
He has been delivering advanced process engineering and flow assurance consultancy and training services to the oil and gas industry for over 20 years.
He focuses on steady state and transient/dynamic simulation technologies for flow assurance, process engineering design, and optimization of offshore and onshore oil and gas production, gas plant, oil refinery and petchem facilities. His customers include PETRONAS, Shell, MODEC, Mitsui Chemical Corp and WorleyParsons.
